Mô tả công việc

- Organize and check filling, storage of finance-accounting documents according to regulation of state and company board of management.
- Co-review and approve contract, purchase request and order.
- Periodically review and adjust finance-accounting policies (advance, fee for business trip, provision for obsolete stock, provision for expired/damaged stocks, fixed asset depreciation/liquidation etc) in order to company board of management review and approve.
- Organize the training, announcement and guild line for finance-accounting policies according to regulation of state and company board of management.
- Consult for board of management in accounting management: cash receiving and disbursement, accounting receivable, advance, expense, inventory, fixed asset management, tools etc.
- Consult for board of management (direct to finance director) in finance planning.
- Continuously improve performance of accounting department more professional.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree or related certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of experience at equivalent position at 4 or 5-star hotels/resorts.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Hotel field.
- Strong leadership, training and organizational skills.
- Good English skills (other foreign language(s) is an advantage).
