Mô tả công việc

- To co-ordinate an effective and efficient Materials Management / Resource allocation through establishing a flexible work force throughout the Department.
- To ensure that hotel expenses are minimized through the use of effective purchasing and by obtaining the most competitive prices for goods and services.
- To ensure that inventoried items are stored properly and issued in rotation to minimize wastage and spoilage.
- To ensure that the Department’s Operational Budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are strictly controlled.
- To implement all operating and control procedures to ensure that movement of goods into and within the hotel is properly accounted for.
- To maintain low inventory levels and maximum inventory turnover while supplying the needs of all the departments of the hotel.
- To conduct interviews with suppliers representatives and obtain information, specifications, quotations, etc., on any item required, and handle correspondence and negotiations for procurement.
- To select reliable and regular suppliers for daily Food & Beverage purchases and secure from their commodity quotations on a periodic basis, from which decision on daily purchases are made on the lowest price with comparable quality.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree or related certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of experience at equivalent position at 4 or 5-star hotels/resorts.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Hotel field.
- Strong leadership, training and organizational skills.
- Good English skills (other foreign language(s) is an advantage).
