Mô tả công việc

- Check pre-opening duties all bar outlet, inspect all equipment is running well and all mise en place ready to use with highly standard safety and hygiene.
- Utilize slow moving item to make a special drink but keep a beverage cost in line with budget.
- Be aware of guest consumed alcoholic drink, keep monitoring if the guest seem to be drunk, handle properly according to procedure.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree or related certificate.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience at 4 or 5-star hotels/resorts.
- Strong leadership, training and organizational skills.
- Good English skills (other foreign language(s)is an advantage).
