Mô tả công việc

- Ensure adherence to all standards and procedures as they pertain to handling reservations.
- Monitoring and ensure that reservations data input to the system are done timely and accurately. At the end of the day all reservations must have been input in to the system.
- Monitor and control availability of rooms and rates in order to maximize occupancy and average rate; ensure such information is given to all departments effected.
- Responsible for maintaining the room status for “ open and closed “ out dates.
- To review accuracy of the next day reservations ensuring complete details for Front Desk and special requests, which require pre arrangements, are attended to.
- Continuously monitor, study and evaluate operation, policy and procedures of Reservation Department and propose necessary improvements to Front Office.
- Gather information from competitors regarding occupancy, average rates, rate increase, renovations, etc.
- Fully aware of the cost budget; maintain pars of supplies; maintain effective inventory control and re-order when pertinent and ensure that they are strictly controlled.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree or related certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience at 4 or 5-star hotels/resorts.
- Strong leadership, training and organizational skills.
- Good English skills (other foreign language(s)is an advantage).
