- Supervise the Front Desk personnel to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate to ensure maximum revenue by up selling skill.
- Ensure that standard operating procedures for check in, check out and room change properly implemented by the entire Front Desk team.
- Attends to guest complaint, inquiries and request when necessary referring them to the Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager.
- Be familiar with all Accounting Standards and Procedures pertaining to room’s revenue and advise staff concerned to adhere to the in daily operations.
- To keep monitoring of Room blocking for the arrival and liase with Housekeeping Department to make sure the Room Ready upon guest arrival.
- To check the result of Front Desk Assistant shift audit before submit to Accounting Department by ensuring that all.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree or related certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience at 4 or 5-star hotels/resorts.
- Strong leadership, training and organizational skills.
- Good English skills (other foreign language(s)is an advantage).
