Self-Development 1. Development: Ensure consistent self-development by actively participating in meetings and departmental and company training. 2. Training: Attend to 26 week on boarding plan and other training courses assigned by the Operations Manager. 3. Corporation: Maintain and develop the spirit of Team Work within the clinic. Clinic Operations 1. Customer service: Participate in providing warm and caring service to clients and teammates. 2. Contracts: Complete accurate Ebiz systems and sales contracts and payments by adopting strict control procedures. 3. Systems: Ensure to implement clinic procedures which support the team in providing outstanding service to clients. 4. Audits: Comply all requirements for the clinic operations audit as well as implement any required changes to resolve problems. 5. Facilities: assist to ensure the clinic facilities are consistently at a 5 star standard and report any areas needing improvement
