Mô tả công việc

Administer the entire food & beverage operation in such a manner as to bring into effect the superior product and service by making the difference in accordance with policies and procedures adopted by the resort.

- Directly responsible for restaurant, culinary and events areas, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operations within the framework of the hotel.

- Responsible to maintain the overall welfare of our employees by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests.

- Developing and enforcing standards, policies and procedures in the food service, restaurants and beverage areas.

- Developing, monitoring and taking corrective action of annual operating budget, via controllable costs, progress reports.

- Identifying and solving problems in a timely fashion.

- Appraising managers/employees performance and using effective coaching and counseling for positive improvement.

- Scheduling managers consistent with volume of business and needs.

- Ensuring that departments are responsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.

- Ensuring that departments conduct a maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.

- Responding to guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed the appropriate manner.

- Performing other duties as assigned or requested by senior management.

- Informing the General Manager of all emergencies

- Refreshing menus and services regularly.

- To maintain quality services.

- Other tasks as defined by the management.

Yêu cầu công việc

. At least Bachelor degree, preferably hospitality

· At least 3 year experience as F&B manager in international hotels/ resorts with evidenced tracked record of achievements

· Strong communication, leadership, creative and inter-personal skills.

· Strong in driving results and people management and development

· Proficiency in English and computer literate.
