Mô tả công việc

Promote and ensure guest satisfaction, achieved through his/her ability to develop and maintain a strong team environment, placing emphasis on employee satisfaction and delivery of prompt, excellent and courteous service.

- Actively supporting the quality improvement process.

- Assisting in ensuring that scheduling functions are performed accurately and on a timely basis.

- Initiate aggressive guest interaction through seeking and soliciting feedback from guests.

- Properly executing revenue and check control procedures on shift.

- Maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment for all employees and guests.

- Gathering and implementing all proper tools for running shifts i.e. schedules, floor plans, reservations, checks.

- Solutions for problems such as call outs, last minute bookings, or any other daily problems that may arise.

- During shift, ensuring that guests are satisfied by assisting with serving, seating, communication with kitchen, and by striving to speak to all guests.

- Conducting taste panels and menu classes on a daily basis for restaurant.

- Ensuring all side work is done on a daily basis.

- Managing an effective repair and maintenance programme through the use of work orders, inspections, and etc.

- Assisting any employee in his/her job performance, when required, to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Performing any reasonable request made by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least Vocational diploma and preferable Bachelor degree in any field

- At least 2 year experience in restaurant operation with a good track record of achievements

- Good inter-personality, leadership, and creative skills

- Ability to perform under pressure

- Proficiency in English, computer

- Passionate about Food and Beverage, the service industry & hospitality in general
