What is your mission? Follow-up the general guidance and supervision of the Restaurant Manager. Responsible for the preparation of accounts, assist in monitoring of docket control and Captain’s orders supervision and ensuring all transactions are completed in a professional and honest manner. What do you do? - Follow all standards for accounting and administration purposes required by the resort. - See to it that standards are followed by wait staff in each outlet for docket control, and ensure that these standards are followed. - Governs regulation for drink order taking, ensuring beverage or food items are not dispensed prior to a Captain order being written. - Reports any problems or difficulties encountered to the Restaurant Manager or Chef - Restaurateur. - Ensures there is adequate stock, stationary and supplies for every shift. - Follow work roster / schedules are instructed by Restaurant Manager. - Follow all required reporting and control sheets as dictated by Restaurant Manager or Chef - Restaurateur. - Be familiar with and observes and enforces all house rules and resort policies as set out in the staff handbook of PDA. - Attend Food & Beverage briefings are required - Attend training programs are requested - Must maintain privacy of all Resort information - Performs any other duties in Restaurant department that may be assigned by superior from time to time. What is your qualification? - Graduated vocational school/college/university in Accounting or related fields; - Ability to work multitask, work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to detail; - Ability to work efficiently under constant work pressure; - Good verbal and written communication skills in English; - Existing relationship with local travel agents is a plus.
