Demonstrates skills in leadership, organizing, controlling, delegating, prioritizing, training and developing employees within Front office
Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Front Office.
Make courtesy contact to VIPS, long stay and corporate guest to obtain feedback; respond to guest inquiries with courteous manner and Sofitel mind-set.
Liaise with other operation departments to ensure that all guests’ journey well prepared and follow through

Guest service oriented; excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good Business acumen, Strong Managerial Leadership experience and qualities
Public Relation skill and Fluent English & Vietnamese (verbal and written)
