Basic Functions: Assists the General Manager in the overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities Include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. You will be called upon to perform additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely as deemed necessary. Primary Duties: • Make the manning guide for Front Office; • Recruiting new employee; • Assists the Front Office to ensure that all guests are greeted and escorted to their Villa; • Training Procedure for new staff; • Solve the problem to help guest satisfaction; • In-charge the revenue of OTA and direct guest; • Assists the Front Office to ensure that all guests are greeted and escorted to their Villa; • Assists where needed with any department to speed up and ensure timely service; • Performs all reasonable tasks as and when assigned by the GM; • Focuses on Guest relations to improve and promote Sanctuary; • To maintain high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times; • To attend meetings and training courses as required; • To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the policies relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety; • Required to work in harmony with all other departments and maintain flexibility.

Minimum qualifications: • College or higher degree • Good communication in English and Vietnamese • Working in details, well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time • At least 3 year of working experience in same position at Hospitality/Residences Building or Resorts • Highly motivated, service-oriented, warm and friendly personality • Computer literacy: MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel,
