* WORK OBJECTIVES: - Train and set up new spa operation standards and services, sequence of service, create and calculate spa treatment and product costs that are new to spa operations in accordance to Wellness Director. - Confer with the management to gain knowledge of the work situation. - Conducts training for staffs to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies including proper scheduling, promotion, pricing, and execution (and ultimately customer satisfaction following the sequence of service set by Wellness Director). * PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Enduring a smooth running of Wellness training on a daily basis. - Continuously creating new ideas and setting up treatment room design, spa treatments and spa facilities. - Responsible in creating new spa treatments and coordinating with Wellness Director for upgrading the spa treatment menu and wellness activities. - Ensuring that all service standards and sequence of service are strictly met. - Training and developing staffs in the areas of technical knowledge, product knowledge and customer service. - Executing refresher trainings and maintain competency standards. - Checking and reordering administrative supplies on a weekly basis, approved by Wellness Director. - Promptly report product or equipment losses or damages to immediate manager. - Controlling and requesting daily operational products for training if necessary. - Cooperating with receptionists and Wellness Supervisor. - Ensuring that equipment’s are in good condition and are ready to be used for spa treatments. - Refreshing training, promotional development, upgrading, and leadership development. - Testing trainees and measure their progress and then evaluate and develop the training effectiveness. - Training all spa employees, including managers, supervisors, spa therapists and beauticians to develop skills and gain knowledge in their field. - Review the quality of training courses and consider the feedback from customers as to develop and implement a training .i.e. in product knowledge. - Organizing and planning diary 1 month in advance and include training requests. - Training new massage techniques. - Developing innovative programs. Ensure that standards for quality, content and variety are met. - Supervising/ Monitoring Spa employees and train and develop their skills. - Monitoring and handling guest complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction, as well as refreshing and developing treatments. - Being aware of other departments’ promotions and sell them. - Following and enforcing all safety policies applicable to the Spa. - To perform other related duties and responsibilities and special projects as required by Wellness Director

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 03 years of experience in the equivalent position in 4-5 star standard hotels and resorts. - Certificates and degrees in Spa or related field is a plus - Must be fluent in English (4 skills), any other languages is a plus and computer literate - Be good at communication and presentable skills & good problem solving skills. - Possess a caring, positive attitude. - The ideal candidate is a person with outstanding training skills, strong Spa background and extensive hands-on experience in hotel or services companies.
