• Assist Security Manager to ensure the smooth coordination and supervision of the entire Loss Prevention (Security) and Car Park Department. 
• Also have a full knowledge of the Safety & Security and Car park operations and roles therein. 
• Responsibility for effective training, development and certification of newly hired security personnel; yearly evaluation of job performance and achievements; turnover reduction and optimization of productivity through efficient work practices and staff scheduling within Loss Prevention  and Car park department. 
• Ensure that all Accidents and Incidents are logged in a chronological order and recorded in Security Logbook, Accident Record book and Marriott standardized report. 
• In conjunction with the Hotel Doctor and/or respective Department Head to identify the patterns of accidents / unsafe practice and advise management on these issues and possible solutions. Investigate all irregularities.  
• All investigations pertaining associates should involve Human Resources. 
• Train the Emergency Response Team members and ensure that there is a high level of confidence within the team through regular practice and coaching. 
• Be well versed and knowledgeable of Sheraton Fire and Evacuation procedures. 
• Run the quarterly drill to exercise emergency planning. 
• Assist Loss Prevention Manager in organizing First-aid refresh sessions and new classes for ERT members and/or key local and expat managers. Perform as team leader of the ERT team in an emergency. 
• Be a Hotel First Aider. 
• Perform any duties as and when directed by the Security Manager, Director of Rooms and General Manager. 
• Must know the Hotel Organization Structure, the specifications of the building, the techniques of using security equipment and the other techniques regarding to security job.
