FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE: Drive a customer centric club culture by building effective customer relations, on-boarding staff, performing appraisals and audits, delivering consistent service and achieving retails targets. Support, document and present the training to Member Services team. 25% Member Satisfaction and Retention Programs - Drive Customer Service training and procedures, audit on a consistent basis - Standardize training programs, policies and procedures for overall area level - Achieve Club efficiency by proposing and working with relevant departments on Policy and Procedural improvement - Ensure systems are practiced within the scope/standards of the Company - Drive Member Retention programs 20% POS, Cost and Budgetary Management - Audit daily cash management practices to ensure compliance - Manage and audit staff and systems to ensure 100% agreement and POS compliance - Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to company’s standards - Assist to source and compare vendors and manage Purchase ordering processes and controls - Discuss budgetary needs with VP of Operations for more efficient control - Propose and initiate ideas to do more with less – without lowering service standards 20% Team Management - Recruit, hire, train, counsel and motivate development and discipline of staff - Work with all departments to identify support structure and propose procedural/systems solution - Achieve minimal staffing targets and staff turn-over while maximizing productivity - Manage succession planning and staff development programs for District Managers 15% Facilities Management - Maintain 5 star standard facilities - Direct and train in-house and vendor supplied cleaners - Achieve facility standards through auditing, feedback and reporting - Ensure maintenance checks are conducted and issues handled in a timely and safe manner - Ensure safety of staff and members are in order at all times – train and prepare for incidents, injuries

Yêu cầu công việc

- 7 plus years of experience in a service oriented industry with at least 3 years of managerial experience. - Bachelors degree - Fluent English communication - A genuine interest in working with and helping customers - Excellent communication skills - The ability to supervise and motivate staff in a team - Good presentation and a polite, tactful and friendly character - A good understanding of numbers and planning - The ability to be flexible, decisive and quick-thinking - The ability to handle complaints and difficult situations in a patient, calm and effective way - An understanding of computer systems and cash registers - Proficient in MS Office products
