Mô tả công việc

•      Monitor the room selling rate on the system, update room rates on the system./ Theo dõi tỉ lệ bán phòng trên hệ thống, cập nhật giá phòng lên hệ thống.
•     Update the incentive programs on the system./ Cập nhật các chương trình chính sách ưu đãi trên hệ thống.
•     Collaborate closely with sales online and sales staff to sell services with the best results./ Phối hợp chặt chẽ cùng với nhân viên kinh doanh online và nhân viên đặt phòng để bán dịch vụ tốt nhất.
•     Send quotation for travel companies to promote the image of the hotel to sell products./ Báo giá cho các công ty lữ hành kết hợp giới thiệu quảng bá hình ảnh khách sạn để bán được sản phẩm.
•     Ensure the accuracy of the request to enter customer information data./ Đảm bảo tính chính xác khi yêu cầu nhập  các dữ liệu thông tin về khách hàng.
•     Understand the hotel's products and services to raise hotel image to customers./ Thấu hiểu sản phẩm và dịch vụ của khách sạn để đảm bảo cho khách hàng thấy được hình ảnh đẹp của khách sạn.
•     Perform scheduled tasks assigned./ Thực hiện nhiệm vụ theo lịch đươc phân công.

• Extremely proactive with all activities to support the hotel. Be able to work effectively as part of a dynamic team

 Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/ Sales or related field

 Experience 

• Relevant experiences or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experiences is advance
