Mô tả công việc

1.	Handles administrative duties of the department in a timely and efficient manner as directed by the DOE (Director of Engineering)

2.	Directs and coordinates the office administration according to DOE (Director of Engineering’s) instructions and property policies and procedures

3.	Handles engineering inquiries and requests and ensures that these are passed on to the appropriate individuals for appropriate action.

4.	Receives all incoming correspondence, stamps the date, signs and submits these to the DOE (Director of Engineering).

5.	Follow-up replies to all correspondence, notes and instructions.

6.	Prepares monthly reports to Regional office “Monthly Engineering report and Energy Report” due 5th of the month.

7.	Monitor and manage POMEC (Analytical & Details) report to ensure its correctness all the time.    

8.	Reviews and checks all incoming correspondence to ensure completeness of necessary information and signature for the DOE (Director of Engineering’s) attention.

9.	Prepares and records all outgoing payment requests.

10.	Monitor all contract maintenance records, certificate of completion and keep records as per the department procedure, follow department filing system.

11.	Keep files in order and up to date, maintain office supplies.

12.	Receives and answers telephone calls and guests of DOE (Director of Engineering) always in professional manner.

13.	Advises and reminds DOE (Director of Engineering) of appointments, if necessary.

14.	Ensures DOE (Director of Engineering) is appraised of any urgent or pressing matters of any kind, within Hotel, within department, within community, or from Vietnam local news, etc.

15.	Report all accidents or hazards, no matter how minor, to the DOE (Director of Engineering).

16.	Promptly relays important messages to conceived staffs especially on operational matters. 

17.	Liaises with other department administrators to ensure information is passed on a timely and accurate manner

18.	Maintains and updates computer records, information in company shared drive, general information for workshop board as directed and/or required.

19.	To safeguard company assets at all times.

20.	Ensures that the engineering office is maintained in a clean and tidy fashion,

· Good English language skills.

· Be able to work under high pressure

· Strong organizational skills.

· Ability to understand asses and persuade individuals.

· Some knowledge of working practices of a golf club.
