Mô tả công việc

- Maintains presence in the resort outlets and recreation areas, greeting guests, checking guest satisfaction and keeping guests apprised of resort activities.

 Welcomes guests in the lobby together with Hotel Manager; greets, directs and escorts guests

who enter the lobby area.

 Welcomes VIP guests together with Manager and escorts them to their villas or rooms.

 Handles complaints and ensures that any complaints passed on are followed up and

resolved to the satisfaction of the guest.

 Keeps up to date on guest history & creates imaginative ways of rewarding repeat guests.

 Assists the transportation department in assuring guest transfers are made on time.

 Becomes the main point of communication all guests.

 Tracks guest birthdays & sends cards or gifts when one occurs during the guest’s stay.

 Suggests and up sells services and products such as packages, venues, promotions,

happenings, activities.

 Ensures all guests queries are handled in a polite and efficient manner.

 Performs some front office day to day duties: check-in, check out, etc.

 Welcomes group organizers & acts as a link between the customer and the hotel.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related discipline.

- At least 2 year experience in Hotel / Resort - Front Office Department

- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills

- Must have excellent customer relation skills.

- Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services, and facilities. - Proficiency in English, computer
