Prepare, set up and when necessary clean the guest areas within the spa
Answer all calls within 3 rings using the guest surname at appropriate time throughout conversation.
Provides accurate information and responds to guests questions regarding the resort’s facilities, services and activities.
Understands the benefit of each treatment and is able to explain this to the guest.
Ensure the set-up, cleanliness, hygiene of Spa facilities are consistently maintained
Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering to keep the area clean and with zero defects
Maintain the highest levels of hygiene at all times.
Maintain the highest standard of personal grooming and hygiene as instructed by company.
Capable of handling other duties as assigned by supervisors/Manager.
Maintain the highest level of cleanliness within the surrounding areas.

Check and report daily operational products for ordering
Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time
