MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Accounting and Financial Leader is responsible for financial accounting, including maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.

TASK:

• Direct and supervise the Accounting Team while our policies and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations
  Preparation and review of period end financial statements.
• Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts and projections to effectively manage cash balances.
• Perform analytical reviews of the monthly/quarterly operating results to ensure the reasonability and accuracy of reports.
• Direct the transactional processing of financial processes.
• Book required journal entries to post period activity such as Payroll, Work Comp (if reporting) and Inventory.
• Prepare annual budget and periodic forecasts.
• Help others/meet to feedback any matter related to the owners/residents.
• Checking/Posting owners information changing application.
• Control Cash boxes for renovation reimbursement, petty cash fund

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.
• CPA/MBA is preferred
• Five or more years of progressive experience overall in accounting, business analysis, administration
• Excellent knowledge of current tax laws to handle VAT invoices
• Knowledge of computer software: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, SunSystem, SMILE software, Landsoft software
• Solid understanding of budget forecasting and cost accounting
• Commitment and ability to meet critical business deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Good English skills
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and team mentality
• Timeliness
• Able to handle multiple tasks
