• Provide the support, assistance and information necessary to Chief Engineer/ Assistant Chief Engineer (DOE/ADOE) to operate most effectively. 

• Assist the DOE/ADOE in every aspect of the operation as requested

• Report to DOE/ADOE any abnormal conditions noticed at any time with life safety related equipment or installation

• Supervise contractors under his responsibility for performance, quality of work in accordance with hotel’s rules and regulations

• Prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with workload and priorities for approval by DOE/ADOE

• Perform at least once during his duty a routine inspection of all engineering operational areas (plant rooms) and report any equipment malfunction to DOE/ADOE

• Control and verify all engineering log book

• Supervising all hazardous work and ensure that all safety procedures are strictly observed

• Check timely completion of maintenance request paying particular attention to guest related jobs

• Assist purchasing office in the purchase of engineering spare parts and materials

• Provide cost and time estimates for work request

• Allocate work request, schedules maintenance and repairs to the technicians

• Coordinate the engineering and maintenance work with other hotel department

• Ensure maintain a clean, tidy and safe work area

• Ensure understanding the Hotel’s Connector Rules and Regulations

• Attend daily briefing, monthly meeting

• Ensure fire, life, safety system and all systems in hotel are operational

• Discharge hazardous waste in right designed place

Yêu cầu công việc

• Vocational certificate or diploma in electronics or technical studies, or degree in hotel maintenance

• 2 years of experience in a similar field

• Must have practical and theoretical skills in related areas: cold-storage, air-conditioning, and building pathology, water processing, Public Building regulations (ERP in France)

• Knowledge and experience of associated computer applications

• Languages: fluent in Vietnamese, English
