Mô tả công việc

1. To ensure that vehicles and equipment are running or used properly, operation, maintenance and cleanliness of all transportation equipment and it areas are in accordance to hotel standards, and carry out all duties in the absence of the rank & file staff.

2. To adhere to the established programs and duty timetables to ensure that they are carried out as planned.

3. Be responsible for all staff on duty and ensuring that staff is follow up the guest service standard that set.

4. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report any defected equipment to manager.

5. Ensure that the work area is properly maintained and cleaned in accordance to company standards.

6. Ensure cleaning materials are available for operations and raise necessary requisition when stocks are running low.

7. Ensure all the guest transfer/ tour requested is arrange accordingly and efficiently.

8. Report and initiate maintenance and repair request, without jeopardizing activities service.

9. Always follow up on all equipment that has been sent for repairs and report to superior any delays caused by the second party.

10. Check and monitor the activities are set-up is in accordance to hotel standards.

11. Ensure that all task and duties performed by his/her staff are carried out in according to the standards set by the department head.

12. Prepare staff shift rosters and assign duties accordingly.

13. Ensure all staff request are pre signed and agreed by superior.

14. Handle associate requests for sickness, days off and leave in accordance to company policy.

15. Notify your manager on all damages or breakdowns detected in the work area and any materials which are used for guest convenience.

16. Assist in any set up of any function, events organized by any departments requiring assistance.

17. Perform any other duty/duties that may be assigned to him/her by his or her Department Head.

18. Ensures that all departmental reports and forms are completed accurately and punctual as requested.

19. Participate in development programs provided by the company.

20. Maintain constant communication with associates/ management.

21. Maintain constant communication with all Supervisors and subordinates.

22. Coordinate with the different departmental heads on joint activities programs and assist other departments when required.

23. Control the expenditure of material within the department and its sections.

24. Complete task that have been outlined from your line manager.

25. Ensure the established programs are followed and supervised successfully.

26. Ensure department materials are sufficient in order to avoid cancellation on activities.

27. Ensure that the work area is properly maintained and to ensure that it is always clean and presentable.

28. Participate in decoration of the installations, stages etc, when required for special events.

29. Cooperate and participate in all social and cultural activities and events when request by Management.

30. Assist the Tour & Leisure Manager with all operations for the entire department. Administration: 1. Control all inventories, equipment and cleaning materials in relation to pool and beach areas in accordance to departmental procedures and report any discrepancies to immediate superior and raise necessary documentation for replacement. 2. Prepare staff shift rosters and assign duties accordingly and distribute accordingly. 3. Handle associate request forms for sickness, days off and leave. Associate Handling: 1. Supervise, and if necessary, discipline associates under direct control. 2. Report sickness or misconduct of staff to immediate superior. 3. Ensure that all associates report for duty punctual wearing the correct uniform and name tags. 4. Build an efficient team of associates by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety, security, training and development. 5. To ensure that all associates have a complete understanding of the hotel’s policies and procedures in order for them to adhere them. 6. Conduct training for new and existing associates as directed, and report all activities to the Tour & Leisure Manager on a daily basis, completing all accurate records of all training conducted. General Duties: 1. Report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name tag. 2. Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times. 3. Attend briefings and meetings as requested. 4. Answer telephones in accordance with hotel standards in a manner that is courteous and friendly. 5. Have a complete understanding of the hotel’s procedures in respect to health, hygiene and safety. 6. Assist your areas of concern when assistant manager or staffs are off duty. 7. Attend all training scheduled, even if this should fall outside of regular working hours. 8. Follow company rules & regulation. 9. Perform any other reasonable tasks as directed by the management.
