Mô tả công việc

•	Advise, prepare legal registration/license application process and provide consultancy for legal issues for Company and its subsidiaries/branch/office/outlet;
•	Participate in the negotiation, review & draft all legal documents entered into by the Company (and its subsidiaries) 
•	Provide research on changes on local laws and implications, monitor changes of law and regulations, inform changes, and suggest compliance solutions;
•	Maintain and develop government/authority relations;
•	Prepare monthly reports for authority inspections and other tasks related to corporate affairs;
•	Assist in preparing and submitting licenses/ certificates and other legal documents;
•	Vietnamese - English translation (contracts, official correspondence and other documents).

• Graduated major in Law
• Strong in English includes written 
• Having experience at the previous same position is preferable
