Responsibilities:
• She/He is responsible of the restaurant, lounge and pool bar as well as F&B events.
• She/He is responsible of the relations between the personnel and the general management.
• She/He is in charge of the quality of all services provided to the guests within the premises.
• She/He leads & trains the team.
• She/He transmits all the information relayed to him by the Lodge Manager (LM) and the F&B Manager to the team.
• She/He manages the guest satisfaction efforts of F&B departments.
• She/He assists the F&B manager in the administrative tasks.
• She/He oversees the waste reduction and resources management to respect Topas Ecolodge philosophy.
• She/He is the manager on duty in absence of both Lodge Manager and Executive Assistant Manager.
Main tasks:
• She/He supervises operations of his/her outlets.
• She/He schedules the man power according to the Ecolodge occupancy.
• Control the hygiene in all working areas; equipment and materials.
• Control the storage, stock and consumption of the goods.
• Control the reservations at the restaurant and transmit the information to the kitchen.
• Maintain the costs of production low while increasing guest satisfaction.
• Assists Management in writing all policies and procedures.
For the staff:
• Develop the positive attitude, job skill, knowledge, autonomy and creativity of the staff.
• Adapt to their capacities and aptitudes.
• Respect the needs and individuality of the staff.
• Develop their self-confidence.
• Control the daily operation.
• Set an example and ensure that staff adheres to dress code and behavior as well as hygiene standards.
For guest satisfaction:
• Develop products / services to suit the needs of the different types of clients.
• Monitor performances of sales outlets and report to the management.
• Develop promotion and event nights to satisfy the needs of the guests.
• Ensure that all guests leave his outlet satisfied.
• Perform other duties as maybe assigned.
Quyền lợi được hưởng
• From 15.000.000 VND growth Salary per month + 13th month bonus + service charge
• Accommodation
• Free transfer from / to Sapa and Hanoi upon availability.
• Working hours: 1PM to 10PM including 1 hour break time, 6 days per week. 16 Annual leaves per year. Contract duration: 2 years
Yêu cầu công việc
• Past experiences in F&B.
• Computer literacy and financial management required.
• Knowledge of restaurant & bar operations, including security and safety programs.
• Able to resolve guest, and staff conflicts.
• Command of the English language both written and verbal.
