Mô tả công việc

Participate in the preparation of the Resort’s Strategic Plans, budget’s meeting, P&L meeting.

Establishes and interprets key performance indicators to manage the department, consistently takes into accounts financial implications of business decisions and recommendations

Educate, train and motivate the teams to achieve department and hotel revenue goals. Ensure staff has the information, data, tools and equipment to successfully carry out job duties.

Manage day-to-day activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict, improve team member performance, and recognize good performance.

Work with Human Resources on manpower planning, performance management and talent management

Lead by example, promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with key department heads.

Insure that grooming and general appearance of all staff follow the hotel policies and standards Responsible for the constant training of Staff

Ensure smooth operations within the Pools, Beach, Gym, Water Sports & activities

Achieve customer service goals by monitoring the service produced and develops and implements strategies to achieve desired service levels.

Advise employees on general property information, in-house groups, policy changes, or other pertinent information

Develop the logistics in terms of flow of guests, entrances, welcome process and the SOS

Role model in pro-active hospitality skills including guest service skills.

Communication of hotel philosophy and internal / external hotel representation.

Take personal responsibility for meeting and exceeding guest needs

Required Skills –

• Communication skills (in both English and Vietnamese) are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the resort, the brand and the Company.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

Qualifications –

• University graduate on hospitality/tourism or related fileds.

Experience–

• Minimum 3 years experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience or training.
