Deliver training sessions to hotel teams as per Accor standards
Ensure that training requirements & needs from hotels teams are met through consultation with teams
Represent the values & spirit of the Accor group
Give employees the understanding, skills, competences, and motivation to improve their performance
Help and develop employees to be ready for more senior positions
Create team spirit & encourage employees

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum of 2 years training/ facilitation experience, preferably in the luxury setting
Fluent in English
Qualifications to teach English and a foreign language a plus
Strong understanding and passion for luxury service
Strong oral and written communication skills
Understands training methodology and delivery
Ability to interact and influence at all employee levels
Must be creative and innovative
Ability to work independently
Excellent organizational skills
Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software)
Operational background and knowledge of hospitality industry preferred
Accor’ Hearists are preferable.
