Mô tả công việc

- Prepare, bake and finish desserts, breads and other baked goods in accordance with departmental quality standards. Assist with advanced presentations.

- Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

- Will be discussed with details in the interview.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Pastry & Baking or food preparations or related field.

- 2 years related experience as or training in bakery or food preparation or an equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience.

- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.

- Problem solving and training abilities.

- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
