1. Acknowledge about all information of inside and outside of the hotel for guest need like: activities, tour destination, restaurant, transportation…….
2. Welcome all internal and external guests for any service and take fully action by coordinating with relevant department concern to meet the guest satisfaction.
3. Export the transportation report every day to concerned department.
4. Double check all flight detail on the opera and/ Vietnam airline system to immediately report to supervisor/ manager for further action.
5. Prepare the bill for guest used posting and make a daily report on daily basic.
II. GENERAL
1. Acknowledge about all information of inside and outside of the hotel for guest need like: activities, tour destination, restaurant, transportation…….
2. Welcome all internal and external guests for any service and take fully action by coordinating with relevant department concern to meet the guest satisfaction.
3. Check transportation request from all of the booking source and cross check on the opera system to ensure that there is not discrepancy
4. Export the transportation report every day to concerned department.
5. Double check all flight detail on the opera and/ Vietnam airline system to immediately report to supervisor/ manager for further action.
6. Provide the detail of pick up, see-off, car rental …to driver with correct and efficient way.
7. Prepare the bill for guest used posting and make a daily report on daily basic.
8. Upselling the hotel facilities as any change that have during guest communication include; spa, activities, car, tour, restaurant…
9. Well coordinate with Recreation to make the activities booking for the guest with fast, helpful and correct booking as all way.
10. Always follow with pending requested from guest/ supervisor or manager to ensure that all have to be done as time requested.
11. Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or regulation of the hotel is represented.
12. Maintains a high standard personal hygiene, dress, uniform and body languages.
13. Performs additional duties that assign by supervisors/ manager.
