Job describtion :
At PRE OPENING PERIOD:
*To set up 2 restaurants, 2 bars and banqueting facilities in the hotel.
*To assist to acquire the equipments and tools to Restaurants, Bars and banqueting/meeting venues.
*To assist on recruiting Restaurant, Bar and banqueting/meeting Staffs.
*To participate Sales and Marketing activities.
*To assist to set up other departments when needed.
*To assist to prepare hotel/restaurant-bar-banquet/meeting budget.
*Detailed job description after Soft Opening will be given later. However to apply the normal JD as Restaurant Manager in addition some JDs which are characteristics for Balcony Hotel Danang.

*Service charge, insurance, meals, uniform. Other benefits to be negotiated after Grand Opening.

Job requirements :
*To have experience to set up Restaurants, bars and banqueting/meeting facilities at Pre Opening period.
*To have experience as Restaurant Manager at least 2-3 years or Assistant Restaurant Manager 3-4 years in a 4 star hotel or high level 3 star hotel.
*Experience to organize large scale events.

*Native Vietnamese speaker.
*Fluent in Speaking, Hearing, Writing in English. Other languages are an advantage

*Strong organizational skills.
*Computer literacy.
*Fluent in Microsoft Office- at least: Word, Excel, Power Point.
*Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) (probably Smile).
*Skillfull to create good atmosphere, motivation and teamwork among the employees.
*Ability to handle complex situations and problems.
*Strong training skills.

Other requirements:
*Open minded personality with strong employee management ability.
*Client orientated and service minded.
*Honesty.
