Mô tả công việc
• Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Residences/Hotel.
• Monitor operational activities to ensure full compliance of Company Policies
• Perform public and guest- relations duties
• Conduct training where necessary
• Perform any other duties as and when delegated by the General Manager
• Manage the general operation of Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
• Check that all rooms are presentable and participate in random room check to ensure standards are kept.
• Effectively manage people in order to maximize the effectiveness of staff and develop their potential
• Ensure that the necessary safety and security procedures are adhered to within Rooms Division.
• Maximize profits by ensuring the highest occupancies at maximum yield
• Ensure high levels of guest service standards to achieve customer satisfaction and return business
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc
• Hotel Management degree or an acceptable equivalent qualifications
• At least 2-year experience in the same position of a 4-5 star Hotel/ Resort environment.
• To be very strong verbal and written English skills as well as knowledge on Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of other language is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, excellent time management skills and technical skills.
• Professional and well trained manner.
• To be good at communication skills with colleagues and customers.
• Be able to do the prompt decision making and ability to analyse front office reports, planning, organizing, motivating, controlling and staff management is the key to be succeeded in this position
