Mô tả công việc

• Management of all matters of labor, salary, employment, registration and all the related personnel policy, regulation of the hotels with FC
• Constructing to file the human resource database. Ensures that system records are accurately recorded and cross-checked.
• Ensures that reporting functions are up-to-date and in compliance with government regulations. 
• Prepares monthly payroll, make the monthly amending report of changing status, adjust salary of all staff
• Cooperate to maintain good relations with the local authorities
• Effectuate all Insurance policy (social insurance , accident insurance ...) for all staff of the hotel
• Make monthly annual leaving & compensation leaving report.
• Processing Visa, work permit, resident card, driving license…for expats.
• Preparing Administrative procedures for hotel licenses (Star license, massage license..)
• Cooperating with Governments and submitting reports, legal documents once requested and checking hotel.
• Registering PIT code and dependence for staffs.
• Final payment for staffs.
• Orientation for staffs in insurance policies.
• Preparing and double check paper works (offer letter, labor contracts…) before submitting for signing.
• Organizing all of stars activities at HR department: Children Day, Year End Party, Women’s Day…
• Perform other duties as maybe assigned.
