Mô tả công việc

Become totally familiar with the “Reservations” Standards & Procedures and follow them accordingly.
Establish and maintain an accurate filing system.
Preparation and compilation of various reports as required by the Department Manager.
Input new reservations received via telephone, fax or email.
Align working practices and conduct with Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers’ Vision; consistently strive to meet and exceed the expectations of both internal and external guests.
Undertake duties as requested by the Department Manager and Reservations team.
