Mô tả công việc

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for dealing with guest requirements in a courteous, charming and professional sales-orientated manner to both internal and external guests. Under the general guidance and direction of the Guest Service Centre Supervisor/Manager and within the limits of IHG and its policies and procedures - the agent’s tasks are to provide a prompt and satisfactory resolution of any inquiry, request, problem or complaint from internal and external guests of the Resort. 


To be the main communication point of the Resort by providing and co-ordinating a rapid response to all guest requests, inquiries and needs, as well as assigning work orders to appropriate personnel. To identify and anticipate guest needs by ensuring complete guest satisfaction. Key relationships will include Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Guest Relations, Accounts, Food and Beverage. Club InterContinental and all other departments.

Required Skills:
 Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines
 Proven ability to adapt to varying situations
 Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the Resort, the brand and the Company.
 Proficient in the use of systems mentioned throughout the Job Description.
 Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, excel.
 Good communication and writing skills in English 
 Strong organizational skills and ability to time-manage and prioritise requests and tasks.  

Qualifications:
 High School or Vocational Certificate in Business Management, Business Study or equivalent

Experience:
 1 year experience in customer service or switchboard operator
