Manage the activities of a front desk shift ensuring that guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/BỔN PHẬN VÀ TRÁCH NHIỆM:

1. Reports directly to and communicates with the Front Office Manager on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations.

2. Provides functional assistance and direction to all departments.

3. Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with other departments as required.

4. Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the Apartment

5. Assist CSR when required, help guest with check in, check out, etc.

6. Ensures VIPs guests receive special attention.

7. Ensure that guest complaints/comment are properly logged and acted upon by trying to avoid any guest leaving the apartment dissatisfied. Solicits assistance from Management if needed

8. Assists CSR in greeting, rooming, and sending off VIP guests.

9. Monitors appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene, and appearance of staff.

10. Checks billing instructions and monitors guest credit limit

11. To conduct the room-check regularly to make sure that every room is perfect, unless need to contact with relevant department to resolve it right away and update information in the Log

12. To assist customer when there is a medical request

13. Meet VIPs, Regular guests and long staying guests upon arrival and ensures their allocated accommodation is satisfactory

14. Analyses the rate variance report to ensure rooms revenue control.

15. Take action in the Property Management Systems (PMS) in emergency situations.

16. Fully conversant with all apartment emergency procedures.

17. To in charge Associates training and development

18. Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.

19. Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time

20. Escalate abnormal matter and problem to superior and record into log book.

21. To ensure the sufficient supply of stationery of FO team.

22. To control the issuance of key cards.

23. Ensure the precision and good operational system.

24. Ensure cash float and credit card charges are correct in every shift.

* Per job description.

• 02 years in similar or higher position in 04-05 star Hotels/ Service Apartments Chain.

• Hospitality / Tourism Major in Vocational /College / University.

* Good command in English.
