Mô tả công việc

-To ensure and coordinate the operation of Recreation Department (Spa, fitness, Swimming pools), achieving the guest satisfaction and expectations;

- Oversees the service standards in all recreation areas ensuring that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed customer expectations;
Approves duty rosters, vacation planning and scheduling and public holiday planning;
- Prepare the Recreation annual budget and helps to control departmental expenses;
- Develops and supervises the Recreation and Leisure activity program;
- Is responsible for the safety of all guests. This includes but not limits to provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.
- Is responsible for the Fitness and swimming membership program.
- Supervises the performance of all staff in the Recreation Deparment.
- Complies with all Hotel and corporate guidelines (e.g. signage guidelines, safety guidelines, etc)
-Schedules fitness, sports and recreation activities.
- Attends group and function rundown meetings to ensure inclusion of appropriate recreation activities
- Handles all requests regarding fitness, spa, sport and recreation activities

- Có bằng cấp, chứng chỉ nghề về Thể dục hoặc tương đương

- Chứng chỉ CPR ; Chứng chỉ sơ cấp cứu

- Có kiến thức về nhiều môn thể thao, hoạt động giải trí dưới nước;

- Khả năng bơi lội

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh;
- Có khả năng lãnh đạo, khích lệ và phát triển nhóm;
- Kỹ năng tổ chức tốt
