Mô tả công việc

- Planning, assigning and directing work appraising performance; rewarding and providing corrective action- Training employees on all aspects of service and selling techniques

- Addressing complaints and resolving problems for both employees and guests

- Managing the financial aspects of the beverage operation, and successful identification of expense reduction through cost control.

- Performing any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management

- Ensuring that the bars operate efficiently quality requirements and standards

- Providing on-the-job training to improve your team’s current performance, and prepare them for advancement- Meeting with staff to review guest comments to implement revisions and improvements

- Well-knowledge about the beverage,

- Continuously monitoring USPH procedures for sanitation and cleanliness
