Mô tả công việc

Control and schedule all Housekeeping personnel and duty. Supervise and inspect the daily planning of Public Areas and Room attendants according to the occupancy. Ensure everything is up to standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

Make sure all staffs follow SOP of the Hotel

Ensure a smooth coordination between departments to ensure fast services to guests

Double Check and follow up with other departments on Work Orders/ Requests

Responsible for On-the-job Training programs conducting in the Housekeeping Department. Making sure the contents are accurate and the presence of staffs.

Payroll Report within the Housekeeping Department to ensure proper allocation of manpower based upon the occupancy

Random inspections on rooms daily to double check

Responsible for VIP rooms setup

Assist the Room Division Director to evaluate all the Staffs performance

Report to the Room Division Director any disciplinary action required

To be on call when needed in case of emergency

Perform other duties as assigned by Rooms Division Director

- Vietnamese, Male of Female .

- Số năm kinh nghiệm: 02 years in the same position applied

- Vị trí tối thiểu đã từng công tác: HKP Manager

- Học vấn: Hospitality degree

- Ngoại ngữ: English and Vietnamese, well written and spoken

- Kỹ năng cần có: Strong Management and leadership skills, Solving problem skill

- Training skill and be a good Trainer in Housekeeping Department.

- Yêu cầu khác: High sense of responsibility, teamwork building sprite.
