Make sure all staffs follow SOP of the Hotel
Ensure a smooth coordination between departments to ensure fast services to guests
Double Check and follow up with other departments on Work Orders/ Requests
Responsible for On-the-job Training programs conducting in the Housekeeping Department. Making sure the contents are accurate and the presence of staffs.
Payroll Report within the Housekeeping Department to ensure proper allocation of manpower based upon the occupancy
Random inspections on rooms daily to double check
Responsible for VIP rooms setup
Assist the Room Division Director to evaluate all the Staffs performance
Report to the Room Division Director any disciplinary action required
To be on call when needed in case of emergency
Perform other duties as assigned by Rooms Division Director

- Training skill and be a good Trainer in Housekeeping Department.
