· Conduct sales calls to all existing and new corporate clients to increase awareness and establish supportive business relationships.

Identify and seek out prospective clientele within the sales area, which may have potential usage of the hotel including accommodation and banqueting facilities.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and sales call reports.
Attend weekly sales meetings to present action plan ahead and follow up on potential bookings or inquiries.
Liaise closely with other departments to co-ordinate customer requests/ requirements and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
As directed, participate in sales trade shows conventions and promotional events within the industry.
As directed, participate in sales activities including sales trips, both individually and in conjunction with the sales team.
Negotiate corporate room rates under the guidance of the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Enhance awareness by providing product knowledge and promote special offers and information.
Organize and host hotel site inspections for potential clients.

· Education: A diploma or degree qualification. Fluency in oral and written English

Experience: Previous hotel-related experience desired.

· Good in planning, organizing and co-ordination

· Showing strong initiative and creative skills
