• Reporting directly to the GM and also an EXCOM member 
• He/she will takes charge and lead the overall sales and marketing team and it’s operations to maximize revenues through sales, yield distribution, communication strategies and consistent positioning of the hotel within the guidelines established for the brand, ensuring brand clarity and integrity is maintained at all times 
• Details will be discussed during the interview

Yêu cầu công việc

• Over 3 years progressive sales and marketing work-related experience  in the hotel industry 
• Knowledgeable about hotel industry, current market and competitors Strong organizer and planner for long/short term and able to react immediately to critical market situations
•  Ability to analyze, interpret and extract trends from data to strategies and plan for positive results/outcomes. Ability to develop / oversee an effective marketing plan as a whole and for each business and market segment. 
• Revenue driven, conversant with revenue management and channel/distribution management. 
• Strong influencing, negotiation and decision making skills.
• Effective spoken and written English communication skills.
•  Able to lead, manage and develop a cohesive, productive and professional team
• National or regional experience preferred
