Mô tả công việc

Recruitment & Training • Assist to HR Board in recruitment: place recruitment ads, screen applications, set up interview appointments, select finalists, and complete the hiring process to make sure the number and quality of candidates meet the personnel requests of Head of departments • Follow up the staff quality valuation after recruited • Sort and filing the documents of HR department • Update the database of all employees • Support HR Director in training section (identify training needs, prepare training documents, training class, evaluate training results, etc) • Review and tabulate employee attendance sheets for payroll preparation. Control annual leaves of all employees.

- At least 1 year working in related field (in hospitality industry would be a plus); - In-depth practical knowledge of HR-management; - Proficient computer skills; - Strong interpersonal, communication, co-ordination and organizational skills
