Mô tả công việc

• Sales Admin performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain and hotel norms and by internal regulations as supervised by the Director of Sales & Marketing
• Ensure effective-running operation of the Department’s administrative functions
• Co-operate with all departments for professional operation

• To organize the filling system of the department
• Ensure that the stock of stationery items are accounted for and well maintained
• Organize the recording system for all in-coming and outgoing correspondences as well as incoming telephone calls
• Handle all typing work required
• Ensure the cleanliness of the office
• Assist in the packing of materials when required, e.g. Hotel brochures, sales kits etc.
• In charge of sending and receiving mails, postage when required

Yêu cầu công việc

• Certificate or Degree in Business Administration school or Hotel Management School
• Previous and proven experience in similar job scope
• Excellent knowledge of hospitality industry in Vietnam, especially Ho Chi Minh City
• Understanding hospitality market including customer segmentations, distribution system
• Excellence in presentation, negotiation, interpersonal skill
• Communication skills: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
• Languages: fluent in Vietnamese and English language (both spoken and written)
