Attends to all telephone calls.
Prepares and issues requisitions, memos, reports on the request of the Front Office Manager.
Properly maintains and updates files and records.
Attends to all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Takes down and transcribes dictation and minutes.
Arranges appointments and updated.
Control holidays, sick leaves records of all Department Heads in Rooms Division.
Maintains sufficient stock of stationary and other office supplies.
Keeps working area neat and clean at all times.
