Mô tả công việc

• The Banquet Supervisor will be responsible for assigned functions and will assist the Asst Banquet Manager and Banquet Manager in controlling and developing staff so as to attain maximum guest satisfaction.
• Responsible for F&B Captains and F&B Attendants, to set up functions (incl. Linen, silver, etc.) according to the Banquet Manager and Client requirements.
• Control equipment and ensure it is put away at the end of each function.
• To double check function set up for service and audio visual requirements.
• To supervise the whole period of service, to see that Food & Beverage Attendants are performing their duties in accordance with the standards, and in a prompt and efficient way.
• To coordinate food pick up with the Banquet Chef in charge and the dishing out with the Kitchen Stewards.
• Assist the Asst. Bqt Manager in all associate certification training, including refresher courses.
• Ensure that staff productivity is in accordance to set standards.
• Assist in motivating associates and assist with continuity of employees.
• Evaluate staff performance and analyse training and developmental needs.
• Undertake additional duties as requested by the Banquet Manager, Asst Bqt Manager and Hotel Management.
• Actively solicit guest feedback in order to seek continual improvement in service and to ensure guest satisfaction
• Communicate all comments and feedback from guests and associates to the Assistant Manager or Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Good English and communication skills
• At least 3 year experience in Banquet
  
• Good leadership skills, detailed and self-motivated
• Able to work in shifts (including night shift) and under pressure
