• Integrate with the Airport Management Systems providers/contractors and lead the training of the Airport Management Systems to terminal teams.
• Lead response teams to solve critical system failures.
• Maintain constant awareness of conditions, activities and changing requirements in terms of security.
• Set up IT security policy for Cam Ranh Terminal Airport and company.
• Lead in setting up airport management systems, whilst coordinating input from other airport stakeholders.
• Initiate changes to the Airport Managements system and databases depending operational requirements.
• Develop innovative network troubleshooting methods that reduce downtime and lower repair costs.
• Work closely with airlines and other airport services such as ground handling services to determine the maintenance and growth needs of the network.
• Monitor changing network technology and deliver a technology update to the executive team each quarter.
• Responsible for creating and administering emergency plans that will keep the terminal functional in the event of a crisis.
• Determine the rationale and methods for upgrading terminal network software programs each time an update is released.
• Manage, maintain, update software and hardware of Cam Ranh Terminal Airport and company.
• Manage and establish a technical team to operate network system, server of Cam Ranh Terminal.
• Set up new software programs following requirements of each unit.
• Check frequently status of IT System Operation and monitor/ repair important problem of system.
• Develop executive plan, implement upgrade IT system.
• Plan and manage copy server’s databases and periodically scan virus. Ensure network security for Cam Ranh Terminal Airport operation and databases of company.
• Execute assigned schedule as well as appointed by BOD.
• Set up maintenance procedure, regularly training, update knowledge to meet requirements.
• Set up preservation plan and use materials, technical equipment following company policy.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Have university/ higher degree in Information Technology.
• Proven working experiences in IT System management. Experiences in manage IT system of airport is priority.
• At least 7 years working experiences in the same role and at least 5 year working experiences in managing IT system of airport
• Good knowledge in regulations, standard on safety and confidential system and other regulation on labor safety.
• Excellent organization, operation skills.
