Mô tả công việc

• Supervise the function of all kitchen employees, facilities and cost, hence contribute to maximizing the overall F&B department profit.

• Responsible for the preparation, production, presentation of all dishes to ensure highest quality at all time.

• In responsible for the preparation of banquet menu and standard recipes in coordination with the Executive Chef taking consideration of the following:

- Local requirement, Market needs, Competition, Availability of food product, Potential cost.

- Check punctuality of all staff assigned to him.

- Place into the MC daily market list requirement for authorization from the Executive Chef.

- Prepare requisition of all goods needed according to orders work

• Interact with individual outside the hotel including, but no limited to, clients, suppliers, officials, competitors and other members of the local community, when requested by Executive Chef.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Must have minimum of 5 years cooking experience or 1 year at same level in luxury hotel.

• Must be passionate about food, creative and excellent technician, proficient in various style of cuisine.

• Outstanding sense of taste and food presentation

• Strong technical skills and creativity

• Culinary degree and Food handler certification required

• Proactive approach when interacting with guest, co-worker or vendor
