Mô tả công việc
- Plan and implement the duties of the front desk department.
- Organize and assign work to supervisors and employees in the department.
- Check guest room prices on the system to ensure that the information is updated correctly according to promotions, peak seasons, etc.
- Regularly check the dress, style and working attitude of the employees in the department.
- Urging, inspecting, monitoring and evaluating the performance results of the employees in the department.
- Support front desk staff to welcome group guests, loyal guests, long-term guests, ensuring guests are always satisfied.
- Build a good relationship with the staff in the department and with other departments in the hotel.
- Participate in conferences, seminars, training courses on reception.
- Participate fully in meetings with hotel management.
- Organize regular and irregular meetings of the front desk department to announce the work, announce new regulations - policies...
- Support hotel management with administrative tasks.
- Make reports according to hotel regulations.
- Perform other tasks when requested by the director or investor.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Graduated vocational school/ College /Bachelor’s degree specialized in hospitality
- Good-looking, agile form.
- Good English communication skills
- Proficiency in office computer
- Knowledge of hotel management software
- Communication skills, work coordination skills, teamwork skills.
- Skill in handling complex situations, resolving complaints professionally and effectively;
- Effective time management and supervision skills.
