Mô tả công việc

Job description: 

-          Understand Customers: profiles, motivations, restraints

-          Define Brand positioning, creativity and media planning

-          Establish sales strategy by channels: commissions, prices and discounts

-          Negotiate with key accounts (Travel agencies and Tour Operators)

-          Develop Internet sales channel: web update, sales, links

-          Plan and develop a loyalty plan for customers

-          Create and maintain a sales network (hotels, car-rentals, retailers…)

-          Train and manage a sales team

-          Elaborates the Marketing & Sales annual budget and prepares the weekly and monthly follow-up reports

-          Establish and maintain a relation network with media and institutions

-          Manage customer complaints and identify corrective actions.

-          Prepare periodical sales and marketing reports to Deputy General Director and Property Manager

-          Analysis and follow-up of initiatives from competition

-          Serves as Residences Duty Manager when requested

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism Management

Experience: 3-5 years as Sales and Marketing Manager

Deep knowledge in tourism market, domestic & international hotels and residences

Deep knowledge in Sales & Marketing

Proficient in 4 English skills

Good communication

Allocating & managing skills

Good presentation, analysis & negotiation skills

Good independent / team working skills. Be able to work under pressure

Proficient in computer

Professional, enthusiastic, responsible & highly cooperative
