Mô tả công việc

The Human Resources Officer assists with the day-to-day operation of the department in different HR functions including Recruitment, C&B, Employee Relations, Training and Administration. Act as the main contact for all
resort associates in all departments in the absence of the Human Resources Manager.

The Human Resources Officer will be required to conduct the duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the resort’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.
