− Create and develop new menu.
− Ensure food safety issue is highly prioritized and compliance with local government.
− Responsible to quality and consistency of food.
− Make recipes and maintain the food cost of all dishes in menu.
− Control and analyze the food cost, quality, presentation.
− Evaluation of staff working quality and quantity.
− Responsibility of all activities in the kitchen.
− Perform other duties as requested by management.
− Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
− Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
− Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
− Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen staff
− Comply with food safety, kitchen hygiene and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
− Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
− Outstanding communication and leadership skills
− Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
− Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
− Resolve issues as they arise so that customers continue to receive their orders in a timely manner
− Plan menus and set prices making adjustments as needed based on the availability of ingredients
− Inspect raw and cooked food items to guarantee that the highest quality products are prepared and served to customers
− Collaborate with the general manager and owner to align kitchen operations with the overarching goals of the establishment
− Direct monthly inventory
− Recruit, hire, and train chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff
− Maintain kitchen equipment; cleaning, schedule repairs and additional maintenance as needed

- Education: University/College/High school
- Language: Vietnamese, English
- Computer: Microsoft Office
- Experience: Hospitality
- Good English communication
- Thinking unboxed
- Strong in Singaporean and Malaysian Food Experience
- Significant experience as a chef, in addition to experience as a sous chef or line cook
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to oversee and manage kitchen operations
