Required Skills –
- Communication skills are significant to interact with others; demonstrated exellent ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly the resort, the brand and the Company.
- Experience and knowledge of Front Office, Food and Beverage and Housekeeping operations
- Strategy planning, problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Strong Leadership skills in managing teams to drive for results
- Physically fit, neat and professional appearance at all time
- Related certification and qualification to fullfil the job as required by local government.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications –
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel /Hospitality Management
- Experience –
- 5 years of experience in butler services/guest services with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a hotel of similar size/ complexity and including leadership experience or training.
- Professional training and experience in butler services are preferred.
- Willing to work long hours
- Awareness of local market / competitions
- Experience in Asian working culture is a plus
- Financial knowledge
