Support the Front Office manager in all daily duties
Train, supervise and support office staff, including receptionists, security guards and call center agents
Schedule shifts, lead the Front office and reception teams
Ensure timely and accurate customer service
Handle complaints and specific customer requests
Troubleshoot emergencies
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met

Minimum 3 years relevant experience working in international hotels
Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Relevant university degree is a plus
